Another of the random character design, an idol singing in the fantasy world! 
For her short wand, that crystal sphere is some magical item that can amplify her voice. So it is used like a microphone as I intend to design. X3 

This is actually my work I did since the last month close to the date I did the Royal Tea Maid. Just fixed something today for uploading here. ^ ^
